Yeah no rest for the wicked I guess!

Yep the weekend is here, done with one job off to the next…..  Another 20 hrs at that one over the next 2 days and then a day off yippeee!!!!!!!!  This week has been going good but i am not too sure of the progress.  I am down about another full pound and my final weigh in is in exactly one week.  I have to be eating as clean as possible over the next 7 days and then my reward but a Shamrock Shake of course:)  and hopefully Tigers tickets!!!!!!!!!!  

I did 45 min’s of spin on Wednesday and yesterday I did 35 min on the Arc Trainer…  Food has been typical…  Today I did a little upper body and went up on weight everywhere I could…   Hope you all have a great weekend and think of my while I am serving drinks to the drunks lol….

Wow I have been busy!

Well I haven’t been on here for a few days but I am still working hard.  Eating was a little off this weekend but hey it was my Mom’s 60th B-day so we had to celebrate right….  I know there is always an excuse.  I also spent 2 days painting my living room chocolate and vanilla.  Bad choice because now what do I think about?  Yep you guessed it a big ole Hershey bar and twist ice cream lol…… The good news, I didn’t gain any weight this past weekend woo hoo.  I have a little less than 2 weeks left in my comp and I plan on kicking his butt!!!!!!!!!

Yesterday was cardio and I did 35 mins on the Arc Trainer, I felt like I was working myself but at the same time I couldn’t get my HR up there.  I will do better next time.  Today is legs :)   Should be a good time.

 

Food yesterday was 1382 cals 35/34/31

And today it will be 1392  39/24/27

 

And somebody please help me because Shamrock Shakes and Girl Scout Cookies are out!  Aahhhhhhhh..  I will be sending some to my competitor:)

I can never think of one lol….

Not really much to say today, it was a cardio day and since I went to spin on Monday I figured I would just do Internals on the Arc Trainer.  Did that for about 35 mins:)

 

Meal 1 - bagel w/pb and yogurt smoothie

Meal 2 - eas whey protein and milk

Meal 3 - nachos

Meal 4 - cottage cheese and banana

Meal 5 - almonds

Meal 6 - nachos

I swear we have some kind of winter warning daily around here lately!  And no sun that can really put a damper on your mood, but hey I am losing weight so I am still bright and cheery!!!!!!  Today was leg day and not much else to report…… 

 Triset 3×10

BB squats - Bar +10

Lunges - No weight, I have a hard enough time not falling over

Squat Thrusts

Superset - 3×10

DB Stiff Leg Deadlifts - 20lb’s

Stability ball curl - they do work boy did I feel them!

I am can’t wait til tomorrow to see if I hurt lol….

Meal 1 - bagel w/pb and drinkable yogurt

Meal 2 - Eas Whey protein shake 

Meal 3 - chicken and brown rice

Meal 4 - banana and cottage cheese

Monday Monday…

I am a few days behind here…..

Saturday I cheated a little, I had perch and fries for dinner and for dessert I had Cadbury Mini Eggs.  They were sooo good by the end of the night I was sick to my stomach:(

 

Sunday I did Chest,back, and core: 

 Tri-set 3×10

Deadlifts - 55lbs

B/O rows - 45lbs

Leaning 1 arm reverse flyes - 8lbs

 

Superset 3×10

pushups

Incline DB Flyes 12lbs

 

Superset  2×10(I still suck at these)

Supermans

 

I didn’t enter food oops!

 

Monday

I went to spin class, 45 mins.  I didn’t really feel like I got that good of a workout so I will need to push myself on the next cardio session

Meal 2 - Eas Protein Powder w/skim milk and a nut crunch bar

Meal 3 - brown rice, broccoli, and chicken

Meal 4 - cottage cheese and a banana

I had my thyroid ultrasound today and I got a clean bill of health except for a small nodule on the right side:)  I don’t have to go back on the meds and I dont have a thyroid issue like the first Dr. said!  So if I am fat it is my fault, time to move on to skinny:)

Ohhhh Yeahhhh!!!

I only have a minute to stop and say that my measurement was awesome this morning.  I was down .75% which is fantastic for 2 weeks:)  Thank you to everyone that gave me advice, it’s working.  I must keep doing what i am doing for the next 3 weeks to win my challenge!!!

 I did cardio today, 35 mins on the Arc trainer.

 

I haven’t figured my food yet but I will have to do that tomorrow cuz I am off to my next job for another 10 hour shift:)

Can somebody please help me?

PLease help me walk LOL I was in so much pain today from my leg workout and then that stinkin spin class!  It’s great tho really I am not complaining oh wait that’s what it sounds like huh?  Really I am so happy to feel something for a change, I wouldn’t have thought this workout would be that difficult but boy it is kinda kickin my butt literally:) 

Todays workout arms and abs hmmm let me tell ya my abs might be sore in the mornin’

Superset 3×10

Unilateral Shoulder press 12lbs

Leaning Standing Lateral raise 8lbs

Yep couldn’t get through the bicycles before my abs cramped up!

Then I hopped on the treadmill for about 25 mins at an easy pace considering I am having trouble walking to begin with.  If I had to guess I would say I was at about 65% mhr

 

Meal 1 - bagel w/pn and yogurt

Meal 2 - Muscle Milk RTD

Meal 3 - yep you guessed it more pasta..  This is called way too many left overs thats why I normally don’t make pasta

Meal 4 - cottage cheese and banana

Meal 5 - how about those almonds:)

Meal 6 - chicken a little more pasta and lots of broccoli!

 

Cals 1552  39/33/27  Cals have been up a bit but I will get them down next week.  I am having a secret BF measurement tomorrow shussshhh dont tell my competitor.  We are on the home stretch and I need to know if the changes in the last 2 weeks have made much of a difference so keep your fingers crossed and I will report back tomorrow:^)

Ouchhhhhhh!!!!

My poor poor glutes he he:)  I am soooo sore today which is so totally awesome!  I haven’t been this sore in a long time, I am so excited. It hurts to sit, stand, and anything else that requires movement LOL.  So then I go to spin class today (different instructor)  and I believe she wanted to focus on my pain, so she starts with a 20min seated climb, legs are just a burnin at this point then she switches us to a 20 min standing climb but decides to throw in some hovers.  I couldn’t do them I hurt way to bad for that.  Needless to say the spin class sucked and my HR was not very elevated cuz I was in pain yeee haaaa…  So I feel like I wasted 45 mins but hey I will just consider it a SS cardio session because my HR was right around 140 for most of it with some spots of the standing climb around 160.

Meal 1 - bagel w/pb and yogurt

Meal 2 - protein shake

Meal 3 - pasta w/gr beef

Meal 4 -  muscle milk rtd

Meal 5 - almonds

Meal 6 - More pasta w/gr beef

 

Cals 1591  47/29/24  Macros are a little screwy cuz of the pasta (I don’t do very often) but hey a carb up is good right:)

Missed a day….

….but I am back today.  Yesterday was just cardio on the arc trainer for 35 mins same as last week friday with the 5/2min intervals.  Food was same as usual with 1321 cals   39/36/26…  I hope these ratio’s are ok lately, I have for the longest time done 40/40/20 and now that I don’t have my eggs in the morning I am a little off kilter.  Change is good right:)

 

Today was legs and wow I must have been slackin lately cuz I could really feel this workout and I didn’t really even have much weight going on because I am still trying out this new workout, I know lame excuse to be lazy huh….  Not to mention I was sore from sunday’s workout which is super cool….

 So here it is:

Triset 3×10

BB squats - I used just the bar

Lunges - No weight

Squat Thrusts or at least that is what we used to call them in gym class…  It is suppose to be burpee’s but I don’t have enough room to jump in my basement, I would hit my head and that wouldn’t be good.

 

Superset - 3×10

DB Stiff Leg Deadlifts - 20lb’s

Stability ball curl - they do work boy did I feel them!

 

Meal 1 - bagel w/pb and yogurt

Meal 2 - banana and cottage cheese

Meal 3 - Chicken Monterey, veggies, and a salad - The boss took us out!

Meal 4 - Muscle Milk

Meal 5 - Almonds

Meal 6 - Pasta, lean ground beef, sauce, mushrooms and onions.

 

Cals 1571  37/31/32…  My salt intake is probably a little high today so I will need to drink more water  ha ha imagine that me more water ……..

Tried somethin new

So I am terribly impatient oh that’s right I already mentioned that.  I received my Oxygen mag yesterday and there was a workout in there that I thought I would try..  Boy do I suck at some stuff……  anyways it is a triset and superset workout.  Lift ever other day and cardio on the other days.  Here is what I did today, I went light because I have never done trisets and some of the exercises and I need more practice:

 

Tri-set 3×10

Deadlifts - 45lbs

B/O rows - 45lbs

Leaning 1 arm reverse flyes - 8lbs

 

Superset 3×10

pushups

B/O reverse Flyes 8lbs

 

Superset  2×10(I suck at these)

Birddogs

Supermans

 

Meal 1 - 2 ww waffles, pb and honey, skim milk

Meal 2 - almonds

Meal 3 - salmon and ww bagel

Meal 4 - chicken, potato, broccoli

 

1152 cals 32/25/43
