Need to be positive
Thursday, December 6th, 2007So I still went to work and beat myself up all day about my weight and the fact that nothing looked good last night. Half way through the day I went in to my saved articles and read a self sabotaging one by Tom Venuto, I love that guy…. I really think I do need to somehow find something positive in my workouts and my improvements. I have seriously been so hard on myself that I do wonder if I am doing more damage…. It is just very hard when all you do is see the scale go up and up after all the hard work. I need to find patience and stop trying to get instant gratification……
Today I did a lower body workout
Reps 12/10/8/6/12/12
Squats/Leg Ext 45, 55, 60, 70, 60, 40lbs
deadlifts/curls45, 55, 60, 70, 60, 35lbs
Decline Situps/Bicycles (need to do something else for abs, I am just not feeling it)
Meal 1 - 2 eggs and a banana
Meal 2 - yogurt and cottage cheese
Meal 3 - Nachos
Meal 4 - Myoplex lite
Meal 5 - Nachos
Meal 6 -I need a meal 6
Calories so far 1188 argghhh
