Need to be positive

So I still went to work and beat myself up all day about my weight and the fact that nothing looked good last night.  Half way through the day I went in to my saved articles and read a self sabotaging one by Tom Venuto, I love that guy….  I really think I do need to somehow find something positive in my workouts and my improvements.  I have seriously been so hard on myself that I do wonder if I am doing more damage….  It is just very hard when all you do is see the scale go up and up after all the hard work.  I need to find patience and stop trying to get instant gratification……

 Today I did a lower body workout

 Reps 12/10/8/6/12/12
Squats/Leg Ext 45, 55, 60, 70, 60, 40lbs

deadlifts/curls45, 55, 60, 70, 60, 35lbs

Decline Situps/Bicycles (need to do something else for abs, I am just not feeling it)

 

Meal 1 - 2 eggs and a banana

Meal 2 - yogurt and cottage cheese

Meal 3 - Nachos

Meal 4 - Myoplex lite

Meal 5 - Nachos

Meal 6 -I need a meal 6

Calories so far 1188 argghhh

So disappointed

So I just got back from the mall to only be more disgusted with myself…. I have a christmas party next week and I need to find something to wear, well it didn’t go so well! I am horribly bloated today for some reason and everything looked like crap. All right I am done whining but these are the moods I get into and then I am unsatisfied with myself and become impatient and change my workout.  I will refrain because it has only been 2 weeks and I am committing to 3 months of BFL. 

So I did do 27 min of HIIT on the arc trainer today, that felt pretty good:)

 Meal 1 - 2 eggs and a banana

Meal 2 - Cottage Cheese and yogurt

Meal 3 - Nachos

Meal 4 - Tuna and Crackers

Meal 5 - Nachos

Meal 6 - Chicken Breast and WW Bread

 

1416 Calories

 

I really need to start getting in more water too.

Long weekend……..

Monday, December 3rd, 2007

So I know have 3 jobs, 1 full time and 2 part time so I worked alot.  Friday night I waitressed for 10 hrs which to me is great exercise and Saturday night I worked 6 hrs at the cooking school…… 

I did do 20 mins of HIIT on Friday, saturday was my rest/cheat day and Sunday I just didn’t feel like it, I went downstairs to workout and just couldn’t get motivated so I just did Chest and Tri’s (pathetic I know but hey)……

Today tho I felt better and did my 45 min spin class……

 So far today only 1123 calories so I should probably eat one more time yet today we will see tho it is already after 7pm.

Meal 1 - 2 eggs and a banana
Meal 2 - yogurt and cottage cheese
Meal 3 - Chicken breast and tomato soup (yes I know)
Meal 4 - Myoplex Lite
Meal 5 - Chicken Breast, squash, & a potato
Meal 6 - TBD
