This pains me to inform you all of this, but I can not go on with this lie. I have a past known for yo-yo dieting. I tell myself, "Ok, this is a new lifestyle, not just a one-hit diet." And then I turn right around and continue on with my old bad habits as soon as I get close to my goals. Then when I see myself plumping back up, I get depressed, eat even more, plump up even more, and then finally get back on track. I fell off for a shorter time than usual this time. It was only for 5 weeks. I still see that initial progress as far as muscle clarity and size, there’s just a layer or two of unwanted fat/water. I completely stopped eating right, stopped all supplements, and have only worked out a total of 3 days in 5 weeks.
I can’t make any promises because I can’t tell the future. What I will do is try my best and work harder than I did before. I will also check myself mentally. Be conscious of how I feel. My emotions define a majority my actions as far as health. When I’m not in a good place, I usually lose all care for my health. I’m going to get some help for this also. The main thing is that I know I’m better than that. I have control over myself, not the food I eat. I have a new goal date, a new plan and a new attitude. I’m ready to start over!

I’ve decided today that my particular training schedule is not for me. I must say that I have mastered how to add the muscle but not how to maintain it. I have put on somewhere around 7-10lbs. of muscle in these last few months. I thought I was just getting more defined and therefore smaller. Added to everyone making comments such as I look "Huge" and "Man you are really getting big:but in a good way", my clothes are fitting tighter and almost suffocating. This was not my goal! This is definitely not saying anything thing about anyone, but I don’t want to look any more masculine than I already do in terms of size. Yes, I wanna get somewhat ripped but certainly not bigger. Anywhooo, because of this I’m changing my workout plan effective immediately. Instead of lifting 6 days a week, I’ll be lifting 3 days a week. Cardio will remain the same ranging from 5 to 6 days a week. My supplements will also remain the same minus the creatine. I’m not sure what others may think of this and I’m certainly interested in the opinion’s and advice of those on this community. But this really what I think I need to do until my weight gets back down to where I want it.

Today I finally received a bulk of the mail I ordered from BB.com. I ordered a new thermal suit, Optimum Nutrtion Banana Creme Protein, my very first Posing Suit, Higher Power Creatine Ethyl Ester. I have to admit that the Ethly Ester does not appeal to my taste buds whatsoever, but there is that definite increase in strength and energy. On the other hand is the Banana Creme which tastes extremely good. I see another order of this in my near future. Still waiting on my BB.com Booty shorts! LOL!
BTW, I really love those free breakfast bars BB.com includes in the orders. They’re filling!

Hey people! Sorry I’ve been off the scene for a couple of days, but I’ve been inport. I don’t know if you know how that is, but it can be hectic. Trying to get in all that liberty, I don’t have much time to browse the internet. Anywho, I’ll be posting my weekly update pics a little later on.
BTW, I recieved two of my packages from BB.com earlier this week. I’ll be starting on the Higher Power Ester Ethyl today. Can’t wait to fell like the Incredible Hulk again, but hopefully without all the water retention like with the Monohydrate. Included in this package was the Thermoshred I ordered but won’t start taking until March. I also recieved another batch of the Total EFA which the only reason why I stopped taking before was that the fact that I left my other bottle in Houston when I went home on leave. I started that back on Sunday. I also recieved a BB.com towel and Mixer. No much to comment on there.

This is the most planning I’ve done in the nutrition department in a long time. Since returning to my ship, my meals are heavily determined by what is served in the Mess Line, but tonight I decided to not even waste my time woundering what will be served and gather my meals for the night in my shop. Simple, but it’ll get the job done!

Since I’ve returned to the ship, I recieved my package from BB.com. I got s BB.com no-sleeve, black t-shirt, (another) BB.com shaker bottle, "Eating for Life" the book, and of course my SciVation Xtend-Lemonade flavor. Today will be my first time taking the Xtend so I’ll be sure to let you know what I think about it.Also while a doing little shopping yesterday, I picked up a calcium supplement. Someone, of whom I don’t remember, pointed out to me that my Multi doesn’t contain a feasible amount of calcium, especially for someone who bodybuilds and has cut almost everything with calcium such as most dairy products out of their diet should be consuming. The bottle’s down in my rack. i don’t even remember the brand or the name of it. I let you know later.
Also today is my first day off the Nutrex Lipo 6 and on the Muscletech Hydroxycut. I’ll also be giving updates on how that’s working for me.
