Have manged to drop some weight but think i have dropped some muscle mass . will check BF % .. Have been putting lots of hours into my business and Went on Stag do to Dublin which was fun but not the best for body. My website is now up and is ranked #1 on yahoo which I am pleased with so hopefully get back focusing on my training hard next week. Been Practicing my Dragon Flags and will try to post video soon, take a look at my site let me know what you think! I know alot of you are Personal Trainers as well so any ideas thought exchange would be more than welcomed. My site Personal Training Norwich

Hi hit my training hard again as off last week . Started with three Full body Workouts mon wed fri with interval training on Tuesday and Thursday. As body now warmed up My routine will be as follows Workout A Push workout B Pull and over two weeks will look like this ABA BAB so each workout done three times in two week cycle. Will be using my kettlebells on Tue Thurs as Cardio workout to help shred the fat . So far have dropped 2% body fat and can see increased Defintion .. Had forgotten how good it felt to be sat done after an Intense workout feeling like you have achieved something !!!
