Monitor Bodyfat

So I want to get a baseline for my body fat, and then monitor if it goes up or down, no so concerned about what exactly it is, just want to know if I am making progress. I was thinking about getting the FatTrack II Digital Body Fat Caliper, has anyone used it or can you recommend one that works. Thanks

That’s what I use. It is very accurate (based on comparisons to BF measurements at the gym), but it’s kind of a pain in the ass to use. My wife usually does the measurements for me. It might not be the unit, but my gnarly boxing/football/working fingers, don’t know since they are the only fingers I have left.
