3 DAY MASS WORKOUT!!
SQUATS 1 SET 20 REPS
DEADLIFT 1 SET 20 REPS
PULLUPS 1 SET 10 REPS
BENT OVER BARBELL ROWS 1 SET 8 - 10 REPS
CLEAN AND PRESS 1 SET 8 - 10 REPS
SEATED ROWS 1 SET 10 REPS
INCLINE BENCH PRESS 1 SET 8 REPS
DECLINE BENCH PRESS 1 SET 8 REPS
BARBELL BICEP CURLS 1 SET 8 REPS
DECLINE SET-UPS 1 SET 20 REPS
WIDE GRIP PULLDOWNS 1 SET 20 REPS
BARBELL SHRUGS 1 SET 20 REPS
CHEST DIPS 2 SETS 29 REPS
DO ABOUT 4- 6 REPS WITH THIS LIGHTER WEIGHT JUST ENOUGH TO GET WARMED UP.THE WORKOUT SHOULD LAST NO LONGER THAN 45 MIN. THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS TO LIFT TO ABSOLUTE FAILURE!!! MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, AND FRIDAY WITH OTHER DAYS OFF.
THIS WORKOUT IS REALLY HELPING ME PUT ON SOME GOOD MASS ON FAST.

THANKS FOR YOUR COMMENT, I THINK I WILL HAVE REALLY GOOD RESULTS IN THE NEXT FEW MONTHS AHEAD, I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN ABLE TO BUIL MUSCLE FAST THEN STOP FOR AWHILE BUT NOW IM NOT GONNA STOP I WANT TO GET AS BIG AS I CAN SO WE WILL SEE WHAT HAPPENS IN THE NEXT THREE MONTHS, I’LL BE POSTING MY NEW PICS ON MY PROFILE EACH WEEK TO SHOW MY PROGRESS, SO STAY TUNED.

Your campaign to gain mass seems to be working. I am going on a 3 month one to gain 20 lbs which will bring me up to about 157lbs.
