To EaT or NoT to EaT??
Saturday, July 14th, 2007Ok, for those of you how are reading this, thanks for the consideration. I’m stuck in between the decision of eating a lot or not to gain mass. I watch what I eat and sometimes count my calories on fitday.com but I just don’t see a weight improvement. I’ve been watching my food and calorie intake since Dec. I totally stay away from fried foods, fast foods, processed foods, sweets and drink nothing but water. I eat chicken, fish, turkey, veggies and some fruits (strawberries, black and blue berries and sometimes grapes and grapefruit). I consume high fiber foods and drink my protein shake - Muscle Milk - 3 times a day, on my workout days. Thats like the only major fat intake I have.
If u can suggest anything, please do!!
