To EaT or NoT to EaT??

Ok, for those of you how are reading this, thanks for the consideration.  I’m stuck in between the decision of eating a lot or not to gain mass.  I watch what I eat and sometimes count my calories on fitday.com but I just don’t see a weight improvement.  I’ve been watching my food and calorie intake since Dec.  I totally stay away from fried foods, fast foods, processed foods, sweets and drink nothing but water.  I eat chicken, fish, turkey, veggies and some fruits (strawberries, black and blue berries and sometimes grapes and grapefruit).  I consume high fiber foods and drink my protein shake - Muscle Milk - 3 times a day, on my workout days.  Thats like the only major fat intake I have.

If u can suggest anything, please do!!

FIRST AND LAST VISIT TO NEW ORLEANS

Ok… so it’s my first time ever goin to New Orleans.  I went with a buddy of mine that…. gets a little out of control when it comes to drinking.  I’ve completely quit drinking for 8 months now.  I might have had…. oh 1 or 2 since but no biggy!  So we go to N/O just having a little fun and let me tell you…. it’s the last place you’d ever wanna go.  There were TONS of cross dressers and just trashy people in the streets.  We had a few drinks.  Nothing to really get faded about but just a slight buzz.  2AM rolls around and it’s quitin time for me.  My friend decides to wonder off into heck knows where so I’m left alone.  That’s cool… the hotel is walking distance.  We totally wondered off so deep into Burbon street that I didn’t even recognize where we were.  An hour and a half later I find myself totally lost, pissed off just wanting sleep.. and had about 1000 other things goin on in my mind too that just,,, well u know.  I ended up punching a glass window (STUPID!!!!) practically cut my hand off and cut two tendons.  The cops that arrested me said - NICE JOB!!!!  Missed out on a weeks workouts and $15,000 in Medical bills, Attorney fee’s, broken Window replacement and a few trips back to N/O.

I would not recommend anyone going to N/O to have a good time…. there’s just weird folks and some weird vibes out there (VooDoo shit!!) Oh yea… and if u ever get pissed and need to let some frustration out… do it at the gym cuz hittin a glass window just totally sux!!!  There’s a pic below of my hand which I can move 2 of fingers 50%.
