Eating healthier
Ok, my wife has a big family so the get togethers consist of cookouts adn drinking. I dont drink (havent in 8 years!) but the food always seems to get me! I try not to gravitate towards the grill, but thats were all the men hangout. Im tring to learn to cook healthier, but I need to know what to stay away from and what to "keep it coming". Im tring to lose weight. I dont want to get ripped or look as awesome as alot of the guys on this site. Just dont what to be tubby anymore. So if anyone has some recipes that they love, I’m willing to give them a try. I eat everything, meat wise and love all veggies. (Maybe thats why im this big now!) I also need to learn portions and what to lose about 40 lbs, I weigh 240! Ive been tring since December but no luck.

Keep eating those fibrous vegetables, they are your friend! Yes, you can do this!!
