					<description>Don't worry - I think it's normal to get off track when you're stressed out. To get back in it - focus on you're goals and use your stress to your advantage in the gym. As for the diet, it's always important to plan ahead so you're not resorting to &amp;amp;#34;cheat meals&amp;amp;#34; in a rush because it's quick. When you get back into the right frame of mind, it will all come together.</description>
