I’m not below 10 % bodyfat yet, but I did get down to 11.4! I’m happy with my progress. I am going at a pretty slow pace, because I don’t want to lose any muscle.

imo, you are lookin’ great!!! You are WORLDS away from your starting point, and that in and of itself is quite the accomplishment. It is good that you are analyzing your progress, but don’t be too hard on yourself. If you are doing the right stuff, results will follow, sometimes your body takes longer than you prefer it to. I don’t know if you have already, but you should REALLY use the articles and forums on this site as resources, they have helped me TREMENDOUSLY!! I don’t know if you’ve tried them, but from what I hear creatine and glutamine work well. Here’s an article on supplements if you would like to read it: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/south8.htm
