Hi BB!

This would be my first post on bodyblogs. Guess its so much easier to talk about fitness in a fitness community! Anyway, gonna head back to gym training after settling down at my new location. Been moving about and I couldn’t get myself into a decent gym. Let alone, proper training environment to say the least…

Checked out a local gym and it seems to have all the iron I need. I really do not need stuffs from the franchised chains tho it would be a nice thought in some ways. But it has not caught my eye nor will to do so, so I’ll stick to the suburban dungeons to train!

Meanwhile, formulating a better training program, now that I can add swimming and uphill sprinting as part of my cardio. Major training daily! (I have nothing better to do anyway!) Also, working on the revival of BorneoFitness.com. It has been dead for 6 months plus and I feel bad for not being able to do anything to it… after all, I’m the only one who’s coding and designing it. But soon… it’ll be up.

Till then, I think I’m going to love this place!
