			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>well, the cruise went well ( in perspective). There was one day that I was 7lbs+ but it didnt register as that on my scale when I got home. It looks  like &quot;m still 177. I feel soft though. I added ome seet potatoe to my eggs with spinach and turkey for my breakfast. I added a bit of brown rice with my lunch hoping that those carbs will help the workout stamina. My run this morning was a good one. Felt like I was in he zone for a while. So the carb addition may be a good one. Just dont want the fat storage. My workout schedule will be - Sun: back &amp; bis, Mon: Legs &amp; shoulders, Tues:chest, Wed:arms,Thurs: Back, Friday: shoulders and Legs, Sat Chest &amp; tris- for a bout 6 weeks. Will try to keep the work heavy. Lets hope there will be some muscle development in that time. I want a boarder thicker back, some size on my arms, my legs to get cut and my glutes to tighten a bit. Here&#8217;s to the workout.
