20070223 - This morning was the first time I saw the 2005 Disney pix against the 20070210 ox. Doug had said last week that I was looking like I was in the best shape of my life. I guessI have to agree with him.
Today was a cheat day just so that I could stay sane at work — 2 bagels.. That’s the bread for today and some of tomorrow.
My running is every day ( evalternating with sprinting and a long run). Weights every day trying to stay as heavy as I can in the a.m.
My left side back still aches abit, but will take of it to make it well enough to do deadlifts.
I will do it this time.
