This is my last week before my cleanse and cutting. I figured I would start "cutting" when I start my cleanse. I’m hoping to keep building muscle while getting cut at the same time…I hope it works.
I got measured today. Some improvement. I gained about 3lbs of muscle this month and I lost about 0.5% BF. I’m not trying to lose weight right now since i’m on a bulking phase….
