HIIT
Wednesday, May 14th, 2008All I’ve got is a 4 letter word "HIIT". Trail mountain biking combined with eating lean and weight lifting has allowed me to lose 8% BF and gain 14 lbs of muscle in 2 months! I am back on track and I am in the best shape of my life at 172.5 lbs with 151.2 lbs of muscle.
