Just got done with my second day of the routine I got out of Dec. issue of Muscle and Fitness call "Prime The Pump". I haven’t felt this way in a while. If this doesn’t help me to build muscle I don’t know what will.
I am getting measured tomorrow. I’ll be starting to do more cardio and a new routine to try and get more cut before it starts to warm up. Surprisingly the holiday break didn’t set me back.
