Body Fat

Iam currently about 15% bf, 181 lbs I want to get to a single digit bf, any idea in how long it should take me to get there?

    Well jnigolf I am 6′1 185lbs and 3% bf. I achieved this by completly cutting carbs out of my diet 3-4 days of the week and the rest of the days having very low and moderate carb intake. Granted, everyones body is different and reacts to diets differently but the bf should start falling of in no time! contact me if you have any questions about this and goodluck!

    Hey bro, awesome progress. I’m not an expert but take it slow man, if you go to fast you will lose muscle in the process and make sure your getting enough protein and carbs to keep your muscles fed. I was at about 190lb last spring during my mass gaining cycle at about 15% BF I’m now down to 8% and that with some slacking in the fall. Keep hammering the weights with some cardio and you will get there. It looks like you making great progress and if your a member of a gym you may want to get with a personal trainer there to work with you for a while. Also keep good records on your routine and diet, best of luck to ya man.

    ahaha….about 20 years!! lol…I am not sure..you have to work at it, do cardio, and cut carbs…I have not been able to bear down enough with the metabolism I have to get there, but you seem a little more committted than me.
