hello!!!!!!! i’m aware that i haven’t been on bodyspace in a long time. my first is excuse is lack of internet access. i don’t have it in my apartment so i’m rarely on the site. 2nd excuse would be that i’m working a couple jobs and no time.. 3rd.. well i don’t really have any progress because i took TWO MONTHS off of lifting because i really haven’t had the money or time to join a gym..felt like a year!!!! and it looks like a year. i look like absolute ****. but i joined the baddest gym in tampa.. powerhouse gym..holla… that **** is RREEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAlllllllll and i’ma get jacked..just you wait and eventually i will have more pictures and progress and i’m so sorry about not replying back to all your nice compliments but thank you for all of them!!!

i am very saddened to discover that the only officially nude beach in florida is 5 hours away from me! i get thurs/fri off from work & was gonna spend it at the beach. hopefully…get rid of my tanlines.. but 5 hours is a loooooooooooong trip!!!!!!

i used to go with to the parties… but always felt out of place being the only sober one..also got annoyed of foolish drunks. now i just receive drunken, screaming calls…or friends crying cause of what a guy did. yay! i’m determined to meet people who have the exact same interests as me but it’s definitely hard finding a 19 year old who doesn’t love getting wasted…laaaaaame LOL. if only i could get them hooked on weights..no no.. too much effort.. a lot more effort than taking 10 shots in a row. woo hoo!

i have a thought/question .. mostly just for myself to type out..

WHY do people find the the nasty ****s who turn out hot inspirational? what about the people who have never let themselves go and become nasty as hell.. and always stayed somewhat in shape…loookin good.. why aren’t they inspirational?  it’s like… to be looked up to you have to look really bad at one point and then turn it all around. i think something is wrong w how our brains work lol. "oh she was once fat and ugly…now she’s hot.. i could do that!"

my brother brought up something to me today that i never thought about exactly like him…

basically he said the word "bulking" is a ****ing stupid word..the idea of saying you’re bulking is like giving yourself permission to eat whatever you want because you want to make big gains..really gaining nasty fat around a little gained muscle.. and then when you’re CUTTING you work your ass off to cut fat that we gain in the bulking phase.. and in the end only end up with a few pounds more muscle then we had. so is bulking actually smart? does it actually make sense to eat and eat and eat.. to just gain fat and SOME muscle? what are the alternatives to this.. i guess slow gains. consistent eating. no bulking seasons.. interesting.

Does anyone know about Muscle Mania shows? On November 8, 2009, there is one in Tampa Florida at the USF campus. I’m going to be living in Tampa this year…so it’d be extremely convenient for me! I’d be doing figure..there is also fitness, bikini, and model..

 I’m glad I found out about this show so far in advance..it gives me so much time to prep which is exciting! I have time to make mistakes etc…which I do a lot
