This is for the teen section on the forum mainly…YOUR FREAKIN TEENAGERS YOU DON"T NEED ANY ANNABOLICS,NO PRODUCTS ARE CRAP,GH INCREASING SUPPS ARE CRAP,ALMOST EVERY SUPP ON THE MARKET IS CRAP.Starting bodybuilding at 12?Okay cool, all you need is a good diet,good split,a multi and maybe some whey if you have a problem with getting enough food.Yes if you want to use creatine it’s fine, it won’t kill you to do so,won’t screw up your kidneys,etc.Do I know this for a fact?Am I a doctor?No.But every article I have read on creatine, none have said any negatives effects other than cramps and bloating.Main reason for this usually?NOT ENOUGH WATER!You should get a gallon a day, and once you hit say 170-175 up it to 1.5-2 gallons of water a day."But can’t I just drink a lot of tea,milk,sodas,and of course my "adult" beverages???"I swear I’ll slap the next person I meet that ask me that.NO!Water.Pure f*cking water.It really ain’t a hassle to do once you get use to it so I don’t see why any of you bitch about it.You want size?Strength?To be a freak?Then f*cking make yourself one.I’ll update this more later, feel free to leave me comments etc. as I will post a link to it in the Teen Section .

strong agression lol…i agree with most of this, but i do like my NO product (vasocharge) and i will never stop taking Xtend. I think this mostly applies to those threads you see posted by 13 year old kids who really do not know anything about proper nutrition, and certain sups (test boosters, muscle tech products…all that crap). other than that this is accurate, but it is a teen section, what do you expect?

Yea I was mainly throwing it at the teen section, but you would think if they want help, instead of bbitchin about us telling them Aplodan ain’t gonna make them hyoge over night,that they would just learn from us.

I read this between sets haha, and let me tell you when i started a few months ago i spent hundreds of dollars on all these NO products for a while… I talked myself into believing they had a good effect on me, now after my recent injury i am back to lifting only on whey protein of course, and ive been putting that NO money into food which really has been helping, good post, very nice.
