This is for the teen section on the forum mainly…YOUR FREAKIN TEENAGERS YOU DON"T NEED ANY ANNABOLICS,NO PRODUCTS ARE CRAP,GH INCREASING SUPPS ARE CRAP,ALMOST EVERY SUPP ON THE MARKET IS CRAP.Starting bodybuilding at 12?Okay cool, all you need is a good diet,good split,a multi and maybe some whey if you have a problem with getting enough food.Yes if you want to use creatine it’s fine, it won’t kill you to do so,won’t screw up your kidneys,etc.Do I know this for a fact?Am I a doctor?No.But every article I have read on creatine, none have said any negatives effects other than cramps and bloating.Main reason for this usually?NOT ENOUGH WATER!You should get a gallon a day, and once you hit say 170-175 up it to 1.5-2 gallons of water a day."But can’t I just drink a lot of tea,milk,sodas,and of course my "adult" beverages???"I swear I’ll slap the next person I meet that ask me that.NO!Water.Pure f*cking water.It really ain’t a hassle to do once you get use to it so I don’t see why any of you bitch about it.You want size?Strength?To be a freak?Then f*cking make yourself one.I’ll update this more later, feel free to leave me comments etc. as I will post a link to it in the Teen Section .

Let’s turn this **** up a knotch

Alright well my goal of being atleast 185 by years end is officially been accomplished.I am at 192 lbs. at maybe 17-19 % bf.Time to turn this shit up.Going for a 5 day split starting december 31st.It will be switched up after every 5 weeks surpass.This s a strength routine and will be done from December 31st-March 21st.If my math is right that equals out to 12 grueling weeks.No excuses on this one ladies and gentlemen.If the weightlifting team does get up and running it may be switched up.if not then that’s fine by me..I got this shit no problem.

The goals to be met by the end of these 12 weeks is as follows:

-squat-330(estimated max is 345 but I’ve never done neither)

-deadlift-365

-bench-225

-barbell row-255-275

-Military-185-195

-shrugs-525

-pullups-15 wide grip unassisted

-pulldowns-wide grip=bodyweight

-pulldowns-close grip=bodyweight

-curls for the gurls-135

Should be no problem.I will be logging this regimen in the journal section as well as on The Forvm on Animalpak.com.time to turn this shit up.Got 10 lbs. to gain by summer.

Dude you’re an example to follow in this sport.You put your body through this freakish transformation and you came out on top more than once more like everytime you hit the stage.You are truly a freak of nature and I am truly glad to say that I am and will always be a fan of you and your domination of the Olympia stage.Congrats on coming out on top and I hope to see you on a different stage agin in the future.

I’ve decided to quit playing football.actually I’ve decided to quit playing organized sports all together.i came to this decision because I have decided to make my main focus other than school be bodybuilding.it’s a long road and I have realized that to do so I should make my main focus my training and diet.I have other reasons besides bodybuilding that I’m quitting organized sports but those are sort of illegal to mention.

My favorite kind of people

How many can say they pay as much dues as we do everyday to this life known as bodybuilding?Not too many I can tell you right now.I look around and notice not too many of my peers understand that I beat my own ass day in and day out everyday,not just my lift days,but EVERY day.Counting meals down to the gram,timing them,choking down the same shit everyday.Then trying to understand every muscle in my body,what they do,and how I can train them to get to their full potential.Hell sometimes I am even told I have no idea what I’m doing by someone who does barbell curls 5×5 5 times a week.I hate these kind of people.And yet I cherish them.I’m one to not really give a **** about what people say or do around me as long as it doesn’t put me at risk.So if I didn’t have these people to not give two squirts of piss about then who would I be?I would still do this because I love it of course but I mean as a person.This I may never know.Then again I never do want to know.

Just two big callusus’s

Dang my hands have become pretty much scrwed over the past few year of training.They literally are just two big callussus’s.Everyday they just get tore up,ran under hot water then cold,then tore up again.I love it.

Heavy and Intense.Let me rephrase that.HEAVY AND INTENSE!There thats better.When I say heavy I mean 90-95% of my one rep max.When I say Intense I mean BALLS TO THE WALL hardcore lifts,ripping veins to build pipelines,tearing tendons to reinforce the fibers with what is similar to something like titanium steel chains,ripping the skin off my calves when I pull up the barbell doing deadlifts and just watching the blood trickle during my rest in between sets.It’s that kind of intense.

Plateau

Up until now my biceps have been growin very easil just because i never really have done too much isolation excercises  up until now with them.But already I have hit a flatline in their growth.I’m looking for any suggestions as to some new excercises to stun them back into growth.Anyone got any?

New supplement regimen

Had to switch up my supplements a little bit. The Endorush got to where it didn’t give me a rush anymore so I switched to the N.O.-Xplode and quit the Six Star Nitric Oxide and am experiencing amazing results with it.I also started taking Universal Animals Paks as my multivitamin because they pack more of a punch than the GNC brand I was taking.Still stickin with Xyience as my whey resource.I’ll be starting to cut on July 1st and will be back on a weight gainer for two-a-days at football for august.
