Illness, the Roadblock
I caught a cold last week, which pretty much put me out for the entire weekend and then some. My last visit to the gym was last week Thursday. I spent the entire weekend on the couch sleeping. I still feel like crap. I guess its my body's way of saying 'slow down.' I've been doing a lot lately with work, the start of baseball season for the kids, and trying to maintain a workout schedule. My students were sick and no matter what I did to stay away from them, I got their illness anyhow. Goes with the territory. I'm still feeling pretty bad today, so I didn't go to the gym again. I don't want to spread the germs, I want to kill them. I'll just plan to take this week off and go strong next week when I have my strength back. Here's to feeling better.
