"Times change and so do people and their desires and goals. Mine is to put on some more muscle and cut up as much as possible,so when it does come time to compete I won't have any worries. Until then it's training training training."

Lost and Found

Sunday, October 11th, 2009

I was pretty disappointed and down after I busted my tail for this competition that was on the 3rd of this month that I couldn’t go to.That killed my whole motivation and had me not wanting to workout or nothing. I been in the slumps for about a week and a half and everyone noticed my loss in weight because of the way my ACU’s looked on me. That told me right then and there that I needed to stop feeling sorry for myself and get up and get back in the game. I realized that even though things don’t go your way or how you expect them to go, it really doesn’t matter as long as you achieve the level of fitness that you want your body to go. I was just about at that level, I was actually proud of the way I looked regardless. What I am saying to everyone that is reading this is, go for it all even if you’[re not going to compete, you’d be suprised at the levels you can take yourself when you really push it.
