I just want to take the time to thank all of my friends on this site and all of the hard bodies on this site (men and women). Because you all, I have been pushing and pushing my body to levels I didn’t know I woulld be able to go to. I love the outcome that have come from all the hard work I put it in. If wasn’t for seeing all of you I  may still be an average joe. That is not an option any more for me. So that is my thanks to you all.

Can I get the Chest right or what?

Ok, here’s the thing, all of my upper body looks ok except for one of the most important parts, the chest. Now, when I flex it looks ok. But ok just isn’t good enough, I want it to look like no one else’s I want it to stand out and have people (including myself) look like "damn his chest is tight." So maybe someone can tell me what I am doing wrong. Maybe I lift too heavy I’m not sure, I’m calling in a life line.

Well I have some good news. I was going for 180lbs, I weighed myself last night and I’m at 177lbs. Good luck to everyone else going for your goals. I have 3 more pounds to go and maintain.

Hairy chest yuk!!

Maybe someone can help me out, I shave my chest because I hate hair and the human body just looks beautiful bare. My my problem is, I get these marks on my chest from shaving, is there another way that actually works instead of shaving?

I have an issue getting my chest ripped up. I have the power but I don’t have enough cuts. I’m new to this body building but not new to lifting weights. I’m open to suggestions. Also, can anyone tel me if it’s better to bulk up then rip, or vice versa?
