I was pretty disappointed and down after I busted my tail for this competition that was on the 3rd of this month that I couldn’t go to.That killed my whole motivation and had me not wanting to workout or nothing. I been in the slumps for about a week and a half and everyone noticed my loss in weight because of the way my ACU’s looked on me. That told me right then and there that I needed to stop feeling sorry for myself and get up and get back in the game. I realized that even though things don’t go your way or how you expect them to go, it really doesn’t matter as long as you achieve the level of fitness that you want your body to go. I was just about at that level, I was actually proud of the way I looked regardless. What I am saying to everyone that is reading this is, go for it all even if you’[re not going to compete, you’d be suprised at the levels you can take yourself when you really push it.

Why is it the day that when you feel hyped up and ready to kill it in the gym, there’s always a bunch of people on the benches or weights just occupying space? It’s so damn frustrating but I ended up killing my chest and abs anyway. I’m so burnt out I think I’m a sleep like a baby tonite. What is it about people just wanting to talk more than they workout? It’s a gym not a bar or a club, you get in tear it up and get the hell out. Am I wrong for wanting to better myself instead talking to people? I don’t think so. Let me know what you all think.

So I been doing really well in the gym for the past few months up until it came time for me train to go to Iraq. Everything went down the drain. I mean I couldn’t get to the gym in time and when I did make it I couldn’t workout long enough to feel anything. So I decided to stop lifting until I made it to Iraq and got settled, that’s not working to well either because I’m stuck in another country and can’t a flight out until the weather clears. Man can I get a break or what? Well hopefully I’ll be good to go in the ext day or so, key word hopefully.

Well I didn’t reach my goal in the time that I wanted to. I a little disappointed in myself but that doesn’t mean that I’m going to quit. I am now back from Iraq and trying to get myself together. We’ll see how this change affects me. Wish me luck.

I just want to take the time to thank all of my friends on this site and all of the hard bodies on this site (men and women). Because you all, I have been pushing and pushing my body to levels I didn’t know I woulld be able to go to. I love the outcome that have come from all the hard work I put it in. If wasn’t for seeing all of you I may still be an average joe. That is not an option any more for me. So that is my thanks to you all.

Ok, here’s the thing, all of my upper body looks ok except for one of the most important parts, the chest. Now, when I flex it looks ok. But ok just isn’t good enough, I want it to look like no one else’s I want it to stand out and have people (including myself) look like "damn his chest is tight." So maybe someone can tell me what I am doing wrong. Maybe I lift too heavy I’m not sure, I’m calling in a life line.
