This is going to be where I keep track of my running training for a sloped 5k course and a mile run. The 5k course is road running and is not flat. The mile will be run on a flat track.

5k Jog - didn’t have to stop, but wanted to extremely badly, was very rough - about 30 minutes - 3 minute shave, not too shabby. This is a couple days after switching to my cutting plan also (see my cutting plan blog), so i was pretty hungry and deprived of carbs, especially since i just lifted, not sure though if not eating helped me or not, I usually get an increase in performance when I am in a fasting type state - 6-15-2009
Ok, so ran a little bit when I could when I was out of town. Didn’t lose progress. Ran the course today at same time I left off last week, 30 minutes. Maybe even an improvement though because on the diet with close to no carbs in me.
Only ran half the 5k course yesterday, energy levels were so low from diet I just could not push on any further, I was thouroughly beat. My arm hurts like **** too.
Ran the 5k today in 29 minutes which is faster than before, but had to stop a bunch of times. Had no energy from diet, not really sure if I’ve gained or lost progress at this point.
Sorry, haven’t updated in a long time, blaming the diet for low energy making me not care to update. Anyways, haven’t measured myself in a while but running is good, i can sprint fast as **** and run a few miles on the track with no problem, and with no carbs in me .

Traveling for work the next 4 days, not sure what affect it’s gonna have on my diet and workouts, we’ll see in a bit.
