Hahaha, yes, about 16 slices. The trick is, I removed all the white fat from the slices. I ended up throwing about 80% of the slice (you do just that when you only keep the white of the eggs, anyway). It was DELICIOUS and very high in protein!

As I take my fitness more seriously, I become aware of the people that are out of shape, and the percentage is growing!
I’m not supposed to judge you by your appearance, but still, it amazes me how people let their bodies take the toll of bad eating and nil exercise. And even more with the ladies. I thought women like to take special care of how they look. Then, how come there are so huge a number of out-of-shape ladies in my neighborhood? It’s easier to spend five hours for a hairdo than five hours sweating hard at the gym, right? What’s worse, these out-of-shape ladies come in two "flavors", the too-much-fat or the too-many-bones, no muscle either way. Sigh!
It’s the curse of living in the state of deep fried jelly doughnuts.

Ugg, I don’t know what happened but I got a lordy headache while doing the workout, I just could not finish it. Maybe because I was doing it in the evening and I’m not used to, or maybe the No-Xplode hit me badly, who knows. It sucks having to stop, but there’s tomorrow

I tasted the elliptical machine, no HIIT because I hate that crap, just smooth and steady. Burnt me 500Kcal which is not much but will do the trick.

I always feel that P90X is too fast paced, with little rest in between sets. Aren’t we supposed to rest around 1 minute between sets? Yet P90X goes from one set to the other in less than 20seconds, way too fast.
So I decided to pause the workout for 2 minutes when I think I need a rest. The advantage of doing the workout home is that I can do some useful stuff during those 2 minutes, instead of poking my nose
