I was heating my non-fat milk in the microwave. What do you do with those 26 spare seconds until the micro ‘bings’? I went to my office, closed the doors and did 20 push-ups!
If someone tells me this one month ago I would’ve said "you’re crazy?". Ummm, am I?

Is this supposed to happen? I always end up more sore in the forearms than in the chest or the back when I do this workout. I’m new to this stuff, so I don’t know if this is normal or I am doing the exercises incorrectly.

I just had it, I lost another pound (I guess that’s why by bf went down). The funny thing is that yesterday was a cheat day (three hotdogs, ice cream, and two chip bags for lunch), so who knows what my lame weight would be if I had kept my diet?
I’m increasing my attacks on the usual suspects (chickens and tunas beware) in order to gain as much muscle and weight at the same time. I ride my bike 6 times a week, so I ain’t worried about the fat. I want to gain 5lb of muscle, at least.
The bad part is that I may have to force myself to eat. I got used to my diet and now I have put my stomach to extra work.
I’m following Mr. Creosote diet now

Junk food, so tasty…it was free hot-dog, chips & ice-cream today at work, so what the hell, I can break the rule once, right?
I gulped it down fast, then picked more chips and hot-dogs with the ‘honest’ intention of giving the stuff to some co-workers of mine. These fellas had already taken their share…so the extra hotdogs and chips ended up in my belly.
Positive side: I’ve learned my lesson, stay away from free junk food. It ends up being not free.

I try to eat every 3hours, but sometimes it’s like forcing myself because I feel full. Should I still go ahead or skip the meal for later? And it’s not like I’m gaining weight, just the opposite.

Today my mind wanted to take me where my body could not go. I got upset that my arms would not obey me and would stop pulling, pushing. I punched the machines in mild despair Maybe it is this NO-Xplode, I read it increases rage levels. Well, it was over once I got out of the gym. An energizing workout today.
Have a good one!

Finally, after a few crappy workout days I was able today to go through what my workout is supposed to be:
18 minutes abs + P90X arms & shoulders + 40 minutes bike ride to work
I’m energized for my ride back home!
Even my father joined me with the P90X, if only for five minutes

I’ve weighted myself right before and after my workout a few times. I loose 1lb every time (which I later gain during the day)

I find that the weights I routinely use are not as challenging as before. I figured out an introduction to bigger weights where I do 3 reps of the bigger weight followed by 8 reps of the usual weight. Is this a reasonable scheme? What other methods are there to transition to bigger weights?

Well, my parents are visiting and I love it them being here with me. However, my mom and I have different ways of cooking. She does not care as much as I do about dieting and I guess she does not know what bodyfat percentage is about. She says one should eat ‘well’ (read lots of carbs and oil, as well as three biig meals a day). We have many ’squirmishes’ about adding salt, or how much bread I should eat, and the like. I’ve decided I’ll be practical and be not so picky with her list of ingredients and cooking methods while they’re visiting. After all, I can go back to my more spartan diet after they leave. On the positive side, I always manage to squeeze in a few of my eating habits, so that her sugar blood level ends up dropping by 60 points after two weeks
Hahaha, this morning they saw me doing 15 minutes of abs and concluded I should inmediately have a big breakfast after so much exercise. I hope they’ll get used to seeing me moving dumbells around
