second week
i am almost done with my second week of training and i feel great. the only problems that i have are sticking to my diet plan. i try to stay away from cravings but always seem to give in. i have given up candy which is big for me, but still give in to atleast 2 days of cheating… not good, anyways,…… anyone got a good diet plan for me???

I have the same problem but with drinking beer. I’ve cut it out in the past totally but am starting over again…what helps me is making small goals that lead to larger ones.
try cheating only once this next cycle then once every three weeks then four and so on…
