first week of training
Friday, September 26th, 2008I have just started my training, and am looking forward to some positive results. i am taking CEL m-drol cycle, and i am also taking tribulus and milk thistle. i have seen some results in my arms and chest in the first week. i am looking for dry lean cuts and in a couple months i hope i will be there!need some tips on what to base my diet around
