it’s coming to the end of my third week of training on the 12 week to your new physique workout. i am seeing results already and i cant wait to see where i am at in about 4 weeks. i’ve stopped taking m-drol and waiting for my novedex to arrive. i’m not sure how the body responds to waiting for post cycle therapy but we’ll see, kinda have to wait for the product. anyways, i’m excited as hell and will be posting progress pics every four weeks.

i am almost done with my second week of training and i feel great. the only problems that i have are sticking to my diet plan. i try to stay away from cravings but always seem to give in. i have given up candy which is big for me, but still give in to atleast 2 days of cheating… not good, anyways,…… anyone got a good diet plan for me???

I have just started my training, and am looking forward to some positive results. i am taking CEL m-drol cycle, and i am also taking tribulus and milk thistle. i have seen some results in my arms and chest in the first week. i am looking for dry lean cuts and in a couple months i hope i will be there!need some tips on what to base my diet around
