Mon am-chest and cardio
      pm-tri`s and abs
Tue am-back and calves
      pm-bi`s and abs
Wed am-legs (quads, hams)
       pm-cardio
Thu am-shoulders, abs
      pm-calves
Fri am-abs, calves
    pm-cardio
Begin setting traps on Sat. Gym time may be sporatic till the end of Nov. at this point.

    Keep the diet tight and with all the exercise you’ll get setting traps hopefully it will be a great start to the bodyfat you want to lose for the contest,
