Time is limited

Workout time has become limted. With hunting in full swing and trapping about to start, Time will become even more restricted. Thats ok, a rest will do the body good. Will get back at it After deer hunting in november, full bore!
Moving along well on the bench press program. Just 4 more workouts left. @reps at 320 was challenging, but 1 rep at 330 seemed effortless by comparison.
Still resting my legs. Losing patience though.

More delays

Been having some pain around my knees lately. Not in the joints. but the muscle around them. To be specific, over and under them. On tuesday I deadlifted and had pain in the quads for the first time from deadlifting. The pain went away and had no doms on wednesday. Today was leg day. Could not get through my first exercise (squats) without weakness and what felt like doms setting in during the workout. I had to abort the workout completely and go home.
I hope this is just fatigue and not the onset of some kind of injury. I have not had any trouble with any other body parts. I will not deadlift and will only do light leg work on leg day for a few weeks. The 12 hour shifts will also be ending friday. Being on my feet that long might be a contributing factor. Time will tell.

Had my first fail test in my second go around om the bench press program. I get to move up in weight. Hope this happens once or twice more on fail tests.
Cant do Arnold presses any more because of tendonitis in my elbows. I am trying a different way to do them. Instead of rotating 180 degrees during the press, I am only rotating 90 degrees. So far, so good.
