New pers. best!
Saturday, May 31st, 2008Set a new personal best deadlift tonight. Did 340 x 8 reps. Then 340 x 7 reps. Went up to 370 and got 4 reps. Was going to go to 390, but found myself grabbing a plate and thought what the heck, give it a try. The first 3 or 4 inches up were extremely challenging, but completed a 410! My previous best was a 405 15 or so years ago. Since my personal best has been matched on the bench also, my next goal will be to get my squat back to the 405 it used to be. I`ll need more protien!
