Good news, got a free 2 week trial membership to Anytime Fitness. Bad news, gym is 20 miles away. Oh well. I will bite the bullet on the gas for 2 weeks and take advantage of having a hip sled available on leg days. Did a workout there yesterday. First leg workout with heavy leg presses in 15 years. I can really feel it today.

Sunday, January 27th, 2008

Started using BCAAs and stopped eating Protien bars. Now I am down a pound. Since I dont measure body fat, it is hard to tell what that pound was; fat or muscle. Not going to make any other changes for now. Just going to wait and see.

Making progress in muscle gains. Fat is stubborn, but thats my own fault. Poor eating habits and minimal cardio. Will do more cardio when weather warms and dries out! I will post progress pics soon. Been using O.N. Gold Standard Natural Whey, and Pro Source NytroPlex-GF.  Will start using BCAAs also soon. Will post results. (or lack thereof)
