Want Abs
February 4, 2008I really need to burn some fat in my mid-section. It seems like I lose weight everywhere else but that area. I try to eat clean but I dont always get 4-5 meals in on a day to day basis. My mid-section is very well still chunky to me. I do part of the reason is because I have PCOS, a hormone imbalance that causes my insulin levels not to be as normal as any other female as a result fat is store mainly in my mid-section. Even when I was younger and and very tiny I always have had a rounder stomach for my size. I am going to post what I eat on a day to day basis staring tomorrow.
