Well… a 5 lb gain…kinda surprised really. It has been 2 months since I weighed. I wish I had stayed on my diet , but I didn’t. So now what.. gain the other 30 back ? lay down and cry and kick my feet, I know I could blame My wife or my sons lol….Nope not this time I will start over just 30 lbs lighter than last time.

Well here I am again. I took off a week, not really on purpose. We moved and man what a job. Anyway I didn’t have the time to workout so I took off a week to pack move and unpack. While unpacking I found a couple old vhs taps. One was "body of Work" the other was "success stories" both from the body for life challenge. Any way I took a break and watched them. I looked back over my workouts and diet and all that cardio I have done.. yeah right.. I realized I haven’t done half what I could have done. My diet is good for 2/3 a day than I ruin it. My workouts are hard but I am changing that a bit. And my cardio I don’t remember when I stopped but some where I just stopped altogether. Monday is going to be a good day. Monday I am starting back and I am not stopping for nothing. I am going to do cardio 3 times a week and walk every day. I did get to the gym 2 times this week to try out my new workout
I like it…..heavy but still a good burn. And my diet.. I am going to diet hard for 3/3 of a day , no cheating
I cant wait till the next 12 weeks. Our weight lose thing at work ended today. I lost 31 lbs 36 altogether this year. Well good luck to all and have a great day.

I had took some pics to see my progress and I don’t know. I guess I was hoping for some great change. I was looking at them last night , looking for something I may have missed. Well I did miss something. I have gained steady weight for a long time. After resizing my ring several time I just stopped wearing it. Well, Guess what I can wear it again and no resizing

WOW. I don’t really know why but I am feeling great. I felt almost sick when I got home from work. I didn’t say anything but if my oldest acted like he didn’t want to lift I was going to stay home. But when I got home he had me a protein shake waiting. lol He makes a good shake. So I drug to the gym, still dint feel like benching but I gave it a go. Before we left I was feeling great. I benched 75lb dumbbells. a personal best
He did 95.. always more than the ole man. I came home ate a good dinner and now I am ready for bed. Feeling good

I once weighed 155 and was told by my gym the would sponsor me in an armature bodybuilding contest that was about 8 months away. No matter what I do I keep comparing my achievement to what i looked like 20 years ago. All I see is failure. I diet hard but when I slip up I cant stand it. When I leave the gym I am never satisfied. And , as with every other time I have tried a change I think failure = just quit. I am never satisfied, but I am still going. I am wearing a pair of 42 shorts now. I was wearing 48’s. I have lost over 30 lbs. since Jan. People are starting to grab my arm at work
I guess to see if it is real lol. Guys at the gym ask, how much weight have you lost. I am not satisfied with where I am but I am going the right way. I know the scale doesn’t lie, but I think the mirror does because I see no change. I don’t want to weigh 155 I want to weigh 200 and look big. I am almost at another goal .6 lbs and ill be in the 270’s almost 1/3 of the way. I feel great though. I can walk around I can climb ladders and steps. I can bend over and tie my shoe without getting out of breath, I can go 20 solid min on the stair master
The scale makes me smile the mirror I hate. I have on clothes that I couldn’t wear befor. I am doing good I just hate the mirror. Good luck to all and have a great day

Well my team sux. We had a team at work losing weight. 66 4 man teams The winning team gets 2 k . Well we suck. 2 of use are losing weight 1 guy has barley lost any thing and our girl gained weight. We needed to lose 60 lbs to get 50 bucks , I don’t think we will get that. I lost 20 my buddy lost 16 the big guy lost 6 and she gained 1. We don’t need to lose much the next 6 weeks but if they gain weight their goes the 50 bucks. lol I don’t care I have gained more than $50. Today I got in to a pair of 42 jean shorts. I was wearing a 48

It has just acquired to me that I had not thanked God for this site or you guys on here. He has given me all I need but He isn’t going to do it for me. I have blamed everyone for my problems except myself. One day in church our pastors exact words was "if you are fat it is your fault" this was about 2 hours after I had blamed my wife LOL. well good night

I think I have figured out how to get them on the same road. If I spend all our food money on fish and chicken they will have to eat it or go hungry. LOL just joking . My oldest son has been working out with me from day one. I don’t know why or what he is after but he is a work horse. He plays foot ball, or maybe it is a girl or maybe he is in it for his self? anyway I have found inspiration in him. I was hoping to motivate the rest of the family and ended up being more motivated by him. I have found out to the body can be pushed father than I thought. My personal high on leg press was a little over 600 last post, yesterday I got 6 reps with 715. I wish my bench would do that. It must be a mental thing. I am starting Monday on my suppliments, protein, creatine, glutamine. I am going to try to get that bench up. My oldest ,16, benched 305 last Friday. He blowed by the ole man lol. Well still going. Still seeing little things change. I have went down a little on my bench but up a little on shoulder press. I wish I could get the rest of the family involved, it would make it a lot easier. Maybe my progress will motivate them . We weighed in at work. My goal was 16 lbs and I lost 20 for a total of 28 since Jan. had a good leg workout today. I am working out with 600 on the leg press which is another personal high.
all in all things are going great.
