Semester Off College

September 12, 2007

This is my semester off. I’m Co-oping.  Hoping to do some serious improvements in the gym this semester. I workout every morning before work at around 8:00am.  I’m consuming tons of protein and a couple of other supps and my max bench has gone up 25lbs. in just this past month.  I think the extra protein in my diet is contributing greatly, but i have much faster recovery time and am hardly sore the day after working my ass off in the gym.  At first i figured i just wasn’t training hard enough, but my intensity is very high in the gym. Sure enough, the gains are already showing, with hardly any fatigue or DOMS.

December Bulking

November 20, 2006

Ok, I’ve just ordered my bulking supplements for the month of December and plan on starting on December first. Right now I’m on an off-cycle from creatine. I currently weight 172
Goal: gain 10 lbs. by christmas on average bulking

Supplements: BSN NO-Xplode, CytoGainer, Universal Animal Pak, Optimum Nutrition ZMA

Ex. Diet:

7:30        Breakfast & Multivitamin
10:30     CytoGainer

1:30       Lunch

3:00       Pre-Workout: NO-Xplode, Animal Stak

4:30       Post-Workout: CytoGaier

6:30 Dinner: 6oz. Eye of round lean steak, potatoes, carrots, greenbeans

8:30     Snack: 1 cup Yogurt, 1 banana, 1 cup of oats

10:30     ZMA
