A North Going Booty
Plyometrics. Yes, I keep harping on this, but damn if they don’t work. Yeah, dead lifts, lunges and squats are important, but I think I have made some progress here and what is different is that I have added plyos to my arsenal.
One more week for the Baby Got Back Challenge, but I am going to continue until I get it done. One of my best friends is very successful in the music business and I asked him his secret. He said, I don’t stop until I get it done. Pretty simple. And that is what is going to have to happen here.
At least I am not loathing by booty anymore. I can see a glimmer of hope and I am going to run with it.
One more week, BGB’ers. Let’s get it done.

I love the pylos too girl! I need to make them more of a consistent part of my work out, b/c boy they do make a difference don’t they??

:) one day for the bgb and then I presume we are both still gonna work to get it done… mine is still a tharse…so, I am thinking 6 more weeks of beating that up along with my abs is a good thing….
