My diet these last weeks counting down to the competition.

Wake up (5:30am)
Meal #1 (6:00am)
Meal #2 (9:00am)
Meal #3 (12:00pm)
Meal #4 (2:00pm)
Meal#5 (4:00pm) Pre-workout
Meal#6 (7:00pm)Post-Workout
Meal#7 (9:00pm)
Bed around (9:30 -10pm)

Meal #1
1 Scoop Cellucor Sport 10 (Banana)
1 Scoop Optimum 100% Natural Whey (Strawberry)
1 Scoop Glutamine

Meal #2
5 oz chicken breast or 1 can of tuna
1 cup steamed broccoli or green beans
8 almonds

Meal #3
5 oz chicken breast or 1 can of tuna
1 cup steamed broccoli or green beans
8 almonds

Meal #4
5 oz chicken breast or 1 can of tuna
1 cup steamed broccoli or green beans
8 almonds

    Hey, how’s yer energy levels with your wakeup and bedtimes? theyre similar to my own except by about 20 minutes - and i often dont feel rested.
    everyone’s different though of course and need different amounts of rest - just curious.

    eh, somedays i’m ready to go and some days i just cant get up for crap. started using cellucors D4 thermal shock and that has helped in my times of LOW CARBS!
