Okay Im home and ready to kick it into high gear for 2009. This is going to be a huge year for me. anyways this is what i did throughout my vacation.

Arms & Abs

21’s - (25’s) (30’s)
Triceps Extensions - (25×12) (30×12) (40×10)
Triceps Chest Press - (50×20) (50×25) (50×25)
Kickbacks - (35×10) (35×8) (35×8)
Dips - (Failure) (Failure) (Failure)
DB Wrist Curls - (25×25) (25×25) (25×25)
Side Planks with crunch - (25) (25) (25)
Leg Raisers - (25) (20) (18)
V-ups - (25) (25) (25)
I also did a cardio routine just about every other day as well… wind sprints for 20-25 mins!
