The begining
December 12, 2007Sorry for the delay in updates. My job has been keeping me busy lately. Shouldnt be a problem any more though!
Anyways,
As promised here is how i started. I have kept detailed logs of my progress and what i did to get were i am. For covienance i will only be posting exerpts of my progress till now.

Here it is in a FISHBOWL
Purpose: change myself inside, outside more over i want to feel better! I am thnking outside the box!
Goal: I would like to gain 15-20 pounds of muscle and drop what i started with 25% body fat to around 8-12% body fat.
The Begining or Genisis: Optimistic and wanting to be challenged I visited a local personal weight/nutritionist/dietician aka Trainer.
- Meals have been altered to include 6 meals a day, more protien, less fat in the form of dairy and red meat etc, organic fruits and veggies.
- Workouts- 5 cardio sessions a week (aka for me running
) , 4 - 5 weight lifting sessions, and for a wrench or bonus take it as you like it i am also taking an abs and toning class 3 times a week… all sessions last no longer than an hour.
As a bonus i am including photographs from start and on with updates every 4 weeks–help us all– warning not for the faint of heart LMAO! >>> im not kiddining<<<
Allow me to breifly summerize the first 4 weeks… I have been working my ass off at the gym, track and related activities for the past 4 weeks… ok 3 because of work interuptions. Some of it has been good and there has been low points… check in now and again to follow my progress if you wish…
Nay sayers and alike are not welcome nor wanted. On the other hand if you wish to support or comment constructively on my progress please feel free.
Were to start
November 29, 2007One year ago I was disgusted with my life and how I looked to myself and how everyone percieved me! I had not always been this way but some where along the line I had let it happen. I decided to get my fat ass moving! No matter what I wasnt going to let myself go on the way I have been!
I’ve been working on developing a good foundation for a solid year now. With the help of good friends and a lot of reading on bodybuilding.com i have dialed into that goal. I started with just running and the basics -> pushups, situps, squats. It wasnt easy! I had let myself get into a physical state that it was hard for me to do 20 pushups or to run more than a half a mile without having to stop! I quickly moved on to find my home in the gym lifting the weights! I really enjoy the body building community and the people in it!
Im going to post my early workouts, nutrition and pictures and then I will move on to post my current workouts, nutrition and pics. Comments and suggestions are always welcome! Thanks all
