Sucks!!
Sucks!!, I missed my first workout, I hate it, some equipment at where I work broke down, I ended up working 20 and a half hours straight, so I missed a workout day and I’m unsure about being able to workout tommorrow, I feel very fatigued and a little sore from working that long, but before all that I felt good, I was seeing some progress, my lifting poundages had been going up week by week. I’m in my last week of month 1 in my year long workout schedule, I have’nt been drinking as much water as I should, people have been side tracking me, but thats no excuse. in in 3 days I start month 2, still 3 days a week,for now, but I will get back on track!!
