Finding The Groove
Saturday, May 24th, 2008I’m just about to finish up my second week of lifting.I’m still drinking my gallon of water a day, still lifting three days a week. I think I.m gonna start some cardio next week, maybe just hitting the heavy bag for now. As for eating right, it was tough, I had a birthday party to go to and a couple family get togathers, but I’m gonna try to get better with it. The weights went better this week I moved up in weight on just about everything! But I was disappointed some, and I knew I would be, It’s just been to long, but I will get there slowy but surely!!
