Well, I’ve gotten a little behind on my blog, been pretty busy at work, but I’m on my last week of month 2. I started taking creatine around half way of month 2, I still have’nt started any cardio but I am this week. I’m still drinking plenty of water, Month 3 I finally get to split my routine even though I’m still only gonna workout 3 times a week, on my off days I’m gonna load up on cardio. I’m really looking forward to month 3, also I’m gonna start some more supplements, protein shake, leucine, arginne, orthine, and of course, creatine. I’m gonna take for month 3 but back off the arginne and orthine for month 4. Anyway, I’m ready, I can’t wait!

Sucks!!, I missed my first workout, I hate it, some equipment at where I work broke down, I ended up working 20 and a half hours straight, so I missed a workout day and I’m unsure about being able to workout tommorrow, I feel very fatigued and a little sore from working that long, but before all that I felt good, I was seeing some progress, my lifting poundages had been going up week by week. I’m in my last week of month 1 in my year long workout schedule, I have’nt been drinking as much water as I should, people have been side tracking me, but thats no excuse. in in 3 days I start month 2, still 3 days a week,for now, but I will get back on track!!

I’m just about to finish up my second week of lifting.I’m still drinking my gallon of water a day, still lifting three days a week. I think I.m gonna start some cardio next week, maybe just hitting the heavy bag for now. As for eating right, it was tough, I had a birthday party to go to and a couple family get togathers, but I’m gonna try to get better with it. The weights went better this week I moved up in weight on just about everything! But I was disappointed some, and I knew I would be, It’s just been to long, but I will get there slowy but surely!!

Well, I started my program today, I haven’t worked out for almost 2 years and I can really feel it.But, I feel good and I can’t wait til the next day to do it again. I’m not gonna jump into cardio right away, maybe a couple of weeks, right now I’m just drinking a gallon of water a day gettin hydrated, watching what I eat, and just trying not to over do it. Wish me luck!!
