Well the time has come when I feel I am ready to compete in my 1st show ever… well mentaly I am ready , physically I still have major work ahead of myself. There is so much to learn and understand in the process of trying to absorb as much info as I can without getting overloaded and to get my diet down to a science. It will be spring of 09 before I do a show, but my focus is there - the entire idea of it I can not get out of my head … never been much on following dreams , but this one I have to. I been eating/drinking / sleeping and dreaming it.
As i said my main goal now is to get my diet on track - learn what i can and lift with a venagence … in teh next few months a train will be looked for to help with posing and teh entire presentation. .. I am not looking to win or even place ( if i think that way i will set myself up to fail) right now i just wanna experince the the whole thing and bealabe to look back and say to my self "you finnaly followed a dream"

I have always been curuious is to how others in the BB world deal with the stress of everyday life such as work, home, money, relationships? For me the last few weeks the stress of work has taken a toll on my diet and work outs , and it seem the more I obsessed about it the worse it seemd to get and all i wanted was Burger King and to just lay in bed.
I did take a weel off to let the body recoop - I been hitting it hard and figured I deserved a rest , and to regroup and get my self back on track with diet and exercise…amazing how fast you gain in the mid section when yiou eat like crap-LOL
Any way - things are back on track and now i have to work a lil hard to get rid of the extra i put on - but that is all part of it i guess ..bottom line is we have to step back and look at ourselfs outside of the big picture and get back on track.
sorry for my rambling, would like any thoughts of stress from you all so the next bought i can combat in a healthier manner.
