Today I started my 2 work-out day, I dragged my butt out of bed and did cardio at 5:00 am, I was back at the gym at 7:00 pm for my weight routine. My biggest problem was not eating enough today. I feel good and look forward to the new routine

I have been very good at keeping to my new life. That is working out at least six days a week, eating healthy and trying to keep a positive mental attitude. My 14 year old son goes to the gym and plays basketball while I do my workout. I have been steadily increasing my weights and feel stronger everyday. I am discouraged sometimes that the results don’t come quicker but I have to remember that it took a long time to get out of shape and it is going to take time to get into shape. I had a small piece of candy the other day and I got the worst headache. It is true that we are what we eat. Giving up bad foods wasn’t hard for me but sometimes I start to miss it. It is a convience thing. I remind myself of what I want to look like and what I am after.

Last year was a bad year for me. I crashed my motercycle; months later I was in an auto accident; then went through a divorce. I find myself alone at 40. My goal is to be healthy, energenic, and fit. I want to be the best that I can be in mind, body and spirit.
