					<description>yeah I totally agree!  Tends to be crowded 2 days before thanksgiving and the two following too....  Why do people really think that 4 days will change their whole lives?!

What a great leg routine my friend! Ya I agree with you about the crowded gym, it must be because everyone is kinda gearing up for TG! Trying to lose the calories before they gain them!

But I will be hitting legs today myself! Shoudl be fun and painful!

					<description>Thanks. I've switched to behind-the-back bb shrugs off a power cage for my traps.  That seems to work for me.  Guess a change up is always good. How far off the bench are you on back extensions.  I'm pretty much resting on my groin area. Too far?  Ever twist on those extensions to hit the obliques a bit?  Obliques are weak on me. Any suggestions?</description>
