Welcome to the NEW High-Intensity Blog

Every day, I get requests for factual bodybuilding input and knowledge.  There are a lot of great books and articles out there to get your hands on, but there is obviously something missing.  Otherwise, there wouldn’t be so many bodybuilders out there frustrated and searching for a better way.  Bodybuilders today are hungry for hard-hitting and effective information.  And you simply aren’t getting the whole truth from magazines.

For the past couple of months, I thoroughly examined my training.  And not only my own,  but the training of the thousands of individuals I have helped over the years.  I looked back over 20 years of back logs at the most successful and result producing times.  I picked them apart.  I searched for their differences and their similarities.  I was on a mission for the ultimate answer to the questions I get daily about what’s the most effective way to build muscle.

Today, October 6th of 2008, Jim Cipriani’s New High Intensity Bodybuilding Blog is born!  My goal is to provide you, the trainee, with factual information about muscle building and to effectively layout the guidelines, principles, and routines of true high-intensity training.

For true, massive results to take place in your body, you must force your muscles to grow.  Doing so requires high-intensity exercise.  It is hard.  Very hard.  And the harder you make it, the more rewards you will reap.  Some of you may not find it fun. And some of you will love it!  But no matter how you slice it, high-intensity training is the most effective form of bodybuilding ever invented.  One of the beauty of high intensity training is that it will not take years to get results.  Results will be evident in your strength after only a few workouts and even more evident in your results in only a few months.

This blog is going to read like a book with many chapters and each chapter will take on many different parts.  Some chapters will cover my High Intensity Concepts where you’ll learn how to apply intensity, progression, proper form, duration, and frequency into your own training sessions for maximum results.  Other chapters will cover High-Intensity Routines where you will get tried and proven training programs for all major bodyparts: thighs, chest, shoulders, arms, midsection, etc.  I am sure to uncover a few secrets and hidden gems in these chapters, as well.  And, finally, other chapters will detail the different High-Intensity Techniques - - things to take your sets past failure and catapult your progress to new dimensions.  Add sections of covering nutrition, supplementation, and motivational strategies and you get the single best source for bodybuilding knowledge that you are ever going to come across!

Since the inception of High Intensity Training was published over a couple of decades ago, many of it’s followers, disciples, creators, writers, and publishers have jumped on and off the high-intensity bandwagon.  I promise you, none of them has ever presented the information to you the way I am going to.
