Updated Diet Plan

7 Meals per day:

*3 Carb Meals On Training Days

*No Fats

1/2 cup carbs on training days (first 3 meals)

1/4 cup carbs on non-training days (first 3 meals)

*Only green vegetables (no carrots, corn, etc.)

For spices: Cholula or Franks hot sauce.
