Wednesday, March 5th, 2008Obviously, I am new to this site and I am very excited to be able to keep a log of my body and how it will change in the months to come.
Recently, I went from 189 pounds to 163 pounds. About 26 pounds total loss but I am in kind of a slump. I can’t seem to get over to the "other side" of the scale,>
Most of my family are not healthy eaters, so knowing how to eat right is not programmed in me, so to speak. I was excited when I found this site because it seems most people here are willing to answer questions and be positive, as far as weight loss is concerned and that is very inspiring to me.
I’d like to meet people who are fit and will help me along in making an even greater change in my life…to eat healthier, learn how to get leaner and what workouts can help me get leaner when I’m at the gym, etc.
